sigh- so the whole front and back of my sweater was frogged tonight. yes i ripped it all out. looking at it tonight, i could totally see the color changes from skein to skein. i had looked at it while i was doing it but i didn't notice anything. but variegated yarn can be a bitch and this one varies a lot from skein to skein. so it's ripped and i started over alternating skeins as i go. your condolences are welcome.
